Il est, pour l’instant, focalisé sur les eaux côtières de France métropolitaine. Le résultat de ce traitement est rendu accessible au travers de ce site. L’extraction de « matchup » est aussi possible pour permettre des confrontations (hors de ce site) entre mesure de terrain et restitutions satellite.<br /> <br /> Les données de couleur de l’océan utilisées en entrée de la chaîne de traitement sont de niveau 1 et proviennent des capteurs MERIS (Envisat), MODIS (AQUA), OLCI-A &amp; OLCI-B (Sentinels 3a &amp; 3b)<br /> <br /> Les traitements consistent en l&#039;application parallèle de trois corrections atmosphériques (selon les capteurs), en une reprojection des produits sur une grille plate-carrée régulière puis en l&#039;exécution de neuf algorithmes bio-optiques.<br /> <br /> Les 3 corrections atmosphériques sont :<br /> <br /> * NIR/SWIR (MODIS)<br /> * Polymer (pour les trois capteurs)<br /> * ACOLITE (pour MERIS et OLCI A&amp;B)<br /> <br /> Les algorithmes bio-optiques identifiés par le CES comme les plus pertinents pour l’étude des zones côtières sont CHL-OC5, CHL-GONS, SPM-R, SPM-G, Turbidité, CDOM, DOC, POC, BBP.<br /> |Discipline=Sciences &amp; Technologies<br /> |SousDisciplineSciences&amp;Technologies=PE10 Sciences du Système Terre<br /> |Thematique=couleur de l&#039;océan<br /> |TypeDonnee=NetCDF<br /> }}</div>
